In addition, Walter spent 30 years in direct sales at Rex AIR Inc & Big Dreams Unlimited, selling and operating Rainbow Vacuums. He received many individual sales awards and was named Office of the Year twice. His domain extended from Upstate New York to Western Massachusetts.

Likewise, Walter began his career in media sales. He learned fundamental advertising skills four years ago through radio and digital. Walter loves the sales and advertising profession, with educating and helping clients as his top priority. He remains highly skilled at providing clients with solutions that meet their circumstances and needs.

Lisa Aiello has joined The Martin Group as Associate Media Director. In this role, Lisa uses full-funnel strategies, paid digital advertising, Rich Products, Niagara University, ADNET Technologies, and Grow-NY have used our robust analytics and creative thinking to create winning digital marketing campaigns.

Brittany Kenny

Although, Brittany Kenny has joined The Martin Group as Public Affairs Manager. In this role, Brittany supports our team and a diverse portfolio of clients in public affairs matters throughout and beyond the Capital Region. Including Danskammer Energy, New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, and Circulo Health.

Before joining The Martin Group, she gained experience with Gramercy Communications and previously served in the NYS Senate Majority Communications Office, focusing on public policy and media/constituent messaging. She grips a degree in Political Science from Union College.
