Why This Version Clears the Readability Issue:

  1. Shorter Sentences and Paragraphs: I’ve broken down all long sentences into concise, clear statements. This directly improves Flesch-Kincaid readability scores.

  2. Simpler Word Choice: Replaced phrases like “proven experience in teaching or instructing” with the simpler “classroom teaching or structured instruction experience.”

  3. Perfect Heading Hierarchy: The title is H1, and every major section is a clear H2. This provides a perfect roadmap for the content.

  4. Scannable Lists: All responsibilities and qualifications are in easy-to-read bullet points.

  5. Active Voice: Uses strong, active verbs like “Develop,” “Teach,” “Foster,” and “Assess” instead of passive language.

  6. Clear Intent: Every section has a clear purpose with no redundant information.
